This notice explains what personal data is collected when you use PaySalaryLoan (this website, the Apply Now journey and the PaySalaryLoan app), why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Reserve Bank of India's directions on digital lending.
Who handles your data
Your loan is given by Salora Capital Limited (the "lender"), an NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The lender decides why and how your data is used for your loan application and loan. Read the lender's own privacy policy.

The platform operator processes your data only on the lender's behalf and only for the purposes below. It does not lend, does not take credit decisions and never charges you a fee.

What we access
We collect your name, date of birth, PAN, masked Aadhaar, address, mobile, email, employer, salary, bank account details, the bank statement data you share through the Account Aggregator, your credit bureau report, your selfie, and device and location data captured once at KYC.
What we never access
We do not access your contact list, photos, files, media, call logs, SMS or telephony functions. Not at any stage. The only permissions we ask for are the camera and your location, once, for KYC. We do not store biometric data. Your data is stored on servers in India.
Consent
We ask for your consent separately for each purpose, and record the date, time and wording of each consent. Marketing messages are optional.

We never sell your data, never share it for anyone else's marketing, and never share your loan details with your relatives, references, employer or contacts.
Storage and retention
All data is stored on servers located in India. Data is kept while your loan is live and then for as long as the lender must keep records under the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 and the RBI's directions.
Your controls
You may give or refuse consent for each use of your data separately, restrict sharing with any third party, withdraw a consent already given, and ask us to delete your data. Use Profile › Data and privacy in the app, or write to privacy@paysalaryloan.com. We act within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain by law.
You can also use the data deletion request form, complain through our grievance page, and on data protection to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it for your loan, and every access is logged.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies it needs to work and to protect its forms. Through Google Tag Manager we also use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and, if added, Meta) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. These tools never receive your mobile number, PAN, name, e-mail or application details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works.
Advertising cookies are used only if you tap “Allow” in the cookie bar.

We publish any change to this notice on this page with its date. Changes apply from that date.
